‘Lionel DUMONT (alias (a) Jacques BROUGERE, (b) BILAL, (c) HAMZA). Address: no fixed address in Italy. Place of birth: Roubaix (France). Date of birth: (a) 21.1.1971, (b) 29.1.1975.’
