  "text": "For the tariff quotas A/B and C provided for in Article 18 of Regulation (EEC) No 404/93, the adjustment coefficient provided for in Article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No 896/2001, for 2004, shall be:\nfor each traditional operator A/B: 1,00261;\nfor each traditional operator C: 1,00894.\nBy 3 December 2004 at the latest the competent authorities of the Member States shall notify the operators concerned of their reference quantities as adjusted pursuant to this Article.",
