In Annex IV to Decision No 1469/2002/ECSC, the quantitative limits set out for the year 2004 are replaced by the quantitative limits appearing in the Annex to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
