  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 2125/2004\nof 14 December 2004\namending Regulation (EEC) No 890/78 laying down detailed rules for the certification of hops\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1696/71 of 26 July 1971 on the common organisation of the market in hops, and in particular Article 2(5) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nHaving regard to the accession to the European Union of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as ‘the new Member States’), Commission Regulation (EEC) No 890/78 should be updated in certain respects.\n(2)\nRegulation (EEC) No 890/78 specifies the texts to be entered on the certificates in the official languages of the Community. Such texts should be specified in the languages of the new Member States.\n(3)\nRegulation (EEC) No 890/78 lays down the deadlines by which Member States must notify the Commission of hop production zones and regions, and certification centres. Deadlines should therefore be laid down for the new Member States.\n(4)\nRegulation (EEC) No 890/78 should be amended accordingly.\n(5)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Hops,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
