# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2146/2004 of 16 December 2004 opening for the year 2005 a tariff quota applicable to the importation into the European Community of certain goods originating in Iceland resulting from the processing of agricultural products covered by Council Regulation (EC) No 3448/93, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

From 1 January to 31 December 2005, the goods originating in Iceland and imported into the Community which are listed in the Annex shall be subject to the duties set out in that Annex within the limits of the annual quota indicated therein.
