# Commission Regulation (CE) No 2166/2004 of 17 December 2004 concerning the opening of tariff quotas for 2005 applicable for imports into the European Community of certain processed agricultural products originating in Switzerland, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2005.
