# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2203/2004 of 21 December 2004 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1859/82 concerning the selection of returning holdings for the purpose of determining incomes of agricultural holdings, Article 1

Regulation (EEC) No 1859/82 is amended as follows:
1.. Article 3 is replaced by the following:
‘Article 3 The number of returning holdings per Member State as well as per division is laid down in Annex I.
The number of returning holdings to be selected per division may differ from that laid down in Annex I by up to 20 % in either direction provided that the total number of the returning holdings of the Member State concerned is respected.’
2.. Annex I is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
