# Council Regulation (EC) No 2217/2004 of 22 December 2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers and Regulation (EC) No 1788/2003 establishing a levy in the milk and milk products sector, Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as follows:
(a) Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2005;
(b) Article 2 shall apply from 1 April 2004;
(c) Article 3 shall apply from 1 January 2004.
