  "text": "In the cases referred to in Article 14, as well as in those cases of a similar nature raised by the competent Ukrainian authorities, the Commission, if necessary, shall enter into consultations with Ukraine, in order to reach agreement on the classification definitively applicable to the products involved in the divergence.",
