# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2244/2004 of 23 December 2004 opening tariff quotas for the year 2005 for imports into the European Community of certain processed agricultural products originating in Romania, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2005.
