# Commission Regulation (EC) No 595/2004 of 30 March 2004 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation (EC) No 1788/2003 establishing a levy in the milk and milk products sector, Article 28: Repeal

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Regulation (EC) No 1392/2001 is repealed.
However, it shall continue to apply in respect of the period 2003/04, and, where necessary, previous periods unless otherwise provided by Council Regulation (EC) No 1788/2003.
References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex III.
