# Commission Regulation (EC) No 115/2007 of 7 February 2007 amending Regulation (EC) No 60/2004, as regards the assignment to the Community budget of the amounts charged for the quantities of surplus sugar not eliminated from the market, Article 9: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2004, subject to the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia.
