  "heading": "This Section does not apply to bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods if they are still alive when placed on the market. With the exception of Chapters I and II, it applies to such animals when not placed on the market live, in which case they must have been obtained in accordance with Section VII.",
