  "text": "1 . When required in accordance with Annex II or III, food business operators shall ensure that certificates or other documents accompany consignments of products of animal origin.\n2 . In accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 12(2):\n( a ) model documents may be established;\nand\n( b ) provision may be made for the use of electronic documents.",
