  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 944/2004\nof 3 May 2004\ncorrecting Regulation (EC) No 937/2004 fixing the import duties in the rice sector\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 3072/95 of 22 December 1995 on the common organisation of the market in rice,\nHaving regard to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1503/96 of 29 July 1996 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 3072/95 as regards import duties in the rice sector, and in particular Article 4(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nAn error has been discovered in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EC) No 937/2004. The Regulation in question should therefore be corrected,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
