  "text": "REFUNDS ON WHITE SUGAR AND RAW SUGAR EXPORTED WITHOUT FURTHER PROCESSING APPLICABLE FROM 14 MAY 2004\nThis amount is applicable to raw sugar with a yield of 92 %.
