# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1035/2005 of 1 July 2005 opening and providing for the administration of an autonomous tariff quota for preserved mushrooms from 1 July 2005, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Regulation (EC) No 1864/2004 shall apply to the management of the autonomous quota, subject to the provisions of this Regulation.
However, Article 1, Article 5(2) and (5), Article 6(2), (3) and (4), Article 7, Article 8(2) and Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1864/2004 shall not apply to the management of the autonomous quota.
