  "text": "1. Notwithstanding Article 7(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2131/93, the time limit for the submission of tenders under the first partial invitation to tender shall be 9.00 (Brussels time) on 14 July 2005.\nThe time limit for submitting tenders under subsequent partial invitations to tender shall be 9.00 (Brussels time) each Thursday thereafter, with the exception of 21 July 2005, 4 August 2005, 18 August 2005, 1 September 2005, 3 November 2005, 29 December 2005, 13 April 2006, 25 May 2006 and 15 June 2006, i.e. weeks in which no invitation to tender shall be made.\nThe last partial invitation to tender shall expire at 9.00 (Brussels time) on 22 June 2006.\n2. Tenders must be lodged with the German intervention agency:\nBundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung (BLE),\nDeichmannsaue 29\nD-53179 Bonn\nFax\n(49-228) 68 45 39 85\n(49-228) 68 45 32 76",
