# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1074/2005 of 7 July 2005 amending Regulation (EC) No 1227/2000 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine, as regards production potential, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Points 1 and 2 of Article 1 shall apply to aid applications approved from 1 August 2005.
Point 3 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 July 2005.
