THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2200/96 of 28 October 1996 on the common organisation of the market in fruit and vegetables, and in particular the third subparagraph of Article 35(3) thereof,
Whereas:
(1)
Commission Regulation (EC) No 951/2005 fixed export refunds on fruit and vegetables for tomatoes, oranges, table grapes, apples and peaches.
(2)
A number of errors have been discovered in the Annex to the draft submitted to the Management Committee for an opinion. Regulation (EC) No 951/2005 should therefore be corrected.
(3)
The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Fresh Fruit and Vegetables,
