  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1102/2005\nof 13 July 2005\namending Council Regulation (EC) No 32/2000 to take account of amendments to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 32/2000 of 17 December 1999 opening and providing for the administration of Community tariff quotas bound in GATT and certain other Community tariff quotas and establishing detailed rules for adjusting the quotas, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1808/95, and in particular Article 9(1)(a) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCouncil Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1810/2004, has amended the combined nomenclature codes for certain products of Annexes III, IV and V to Regulation (EC) No 32/2000. Those Annexes should therefore be amended accordingly.\n(2)\nThis Regulation should apply from the date of entry into force of Regulation (EC) No 1810/2004.\n(3)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Customs Code Committee,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
