# Commission regulation (EC) No 1153/2005 of 18 July 2005 opening a tendering procedure for the sale of wine alcohol for use as bioethanol in the Community, Article 8

Member States shall notify the Commission of the name and address of the tenderer corresponding to each tender by 30 September 2005 at the latest.
