# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1169/2005 of 19 July 2005 opening a standing invitation to tender for the export of rye held by the German intervention agency, Article 2

The invitation to tender shall cover a maximum quantity of 500 000 tonnes for rye for export to all third countries.
