# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1418/2005 of 29 August 2005 derogating from Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 as regards the start of the period for certain payments, Article 1

For 2005, by way of derogation from Article 28(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the start of the disbursement period for the dairy premium and additional payments provided for in Chapter 7 of Title IV of that Regulation shall be set at 16 October.
