For 2005, by way of derogation from Article 28(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the start of the disbursement period for the sheep and goat premiums provided for in Chapter 11 of Title IV of that Regulation and for the suckler cow premium provided for in Article 125 of that Regulation shall be set at 1 November.
