# Council Regulation (EC) No 1436/2005 of 31 August 2005 temporarily reducing the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties for certain tropical fishery products (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 August 2005 to 31 December 2005.
