# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1496/2005 of 15 September 2005 amending Regulation (EC) No 1168/2005 as regards the quantity covered by the standing invitation to tender for the resale on the Community market of maize held by the Austrian intervention agency, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1168/2005 is hereby amended as follows:
1.. in Article 1, ‘113 297 tonnes’ is replaced by ‘121 525 tonnes’;
2.. In the title of the Annex, ‘113 297 tonnes’ is replaced by ‘121 525 tonnes’.
