# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1621/2005 of 4 October 2005 opening a standing invitation to tender for the export of barley held by the Lithuanian intervention agency, Article 1

The Lithuanian intervention agency shall issue a standing invitation to tender for the export of barley held by it in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 2131/93, save as otherwise provided in this Regulation.
