In Article 1(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2604/2000, the following shall be inserted into the table under producers in India:\nCountry\nCompany\nDefinitive duty(EUR/t)\nTARIC additional code\n‘India\nSouth Asian Petrochem Limited\n88,9\nA585’\n2. The duty hereby imposed shall also be levied retroactively on imports of the product concerned which have been registered pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 33/2005.\n3. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the definitive anti-dumping duty shall not apply to imports released for free circulation in accordance with Article 2.\n4. Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.",
