  "text": "The annual Community tariff quotas for imports of products originating in Algeria set out in the Annex are opened from 1 September 2005 to 31 December 2005 and from 1 January to 31 December of the following years.\nFor 2005 the annual quota volumes set out in the Annex shall be reduced in proportion to the part of that year elapsed before the date of application of the Agreement.",
