# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1653/2005 of 10 October 2005 opening tariff quotas and laying down the duties applicable within these tariff quotas for imports into the European Community of certain processed agricultural products originating in Algeria, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 September 2005.
