# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1677/2005 of 13 October 2005 fixing the maximum export refund on oats in connection with the invitation to tender issued in Regulation (EC) No 1438/2005, Article 1

For tenders notified from 7 to 13 October 2005, pursuant to the invitation to tender issued in Regulation (EC) No 1438/2005, the maximum refund on exportation of oats shall be 22,56 EUR/t.
