  "text": "The competent authority shall revoke the registration or the approval of an establishment, for one or more of its activities, where:\n(a) the establishment ceases one or more of its activities;\n(b) it is shown that the establishment has not fulfilled the conditions applicable to its activities, for a period of one year;\n(c) it identifies serious deficiencies or has had to stop production at an establishment repeatedly and the feed business operator is still not able to provide adequate guarantees regarding future production.",
