  "text": "1. For each activity, the competent authority shall record in a national list or lists the establishments it has registered in accordance with Article 9.\n2. Establishments approved by the competent authority in accordance with Article 13 shall be recorded in a national list, under an individual identifying number.\n3. Competent authorities shall keep updated the records of establishments in the lists referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 in accordance with the decisions referred to in Articles 14, 15 and 16 to suspend, revoke or amend registration or approval.\n4. The list referred to in paragraph 2 must be drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Annex V, Chapter I.\n5. The identifying number referred to in paragraph 2 shall be in the form set out in Annex V, Chapter II.\n6. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n7. The competent authorities shall make available to the public the lists of establishments referred to in paragraph 1.",
