  "text": "The appropriate authority may prescribe amendments of Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to take account of—\n(a)) the development of codes of good practice;\n(b)) the experience gained from the implementation of HACCP-based systems pursuant to Article 6;\n(c)) technological developments;\n(d)) scientific advice, particularly new risk assessments;\n(e)) the setting of feed safety targets; and\n(f)) the development of requirements relating to specific operations.",
