Article 33 Repeal

The following Directives are repealed, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States concerning the deadlines for transposition, with effect from 1 January 2006:

1. (a)

   Council Directive 95/69/EC;

2. (b)

   Commission Directive 98/51/EC.
