# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1857/2005 of 14 November 2005 amending Regulation (EC) No 1864/2004 opening and providing for the administration of tariff quotas for preserved mushrooms imported from third countries, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1864/2004 is amended as follows:
1.. In Article 1(2), the second subparagraph is replaced by the following:
‘However, no duty shall apply in respect of products originating in Romania (Order No 09.4726) and Bulgaria (Order No 09.4725).’
2.. Annex I is replaced by the following:
‘ANNEX I
As from 1 January 2006, the allocation for Bulgaria shall be increased by 275 tonnes each year.’
