# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1909/2005 of 23 November 2005 closing the invitation to tender for the reduction in the duty on maize imported into Spain from third countries, Article 1

1. The invitation to tender for the reduction in the duty referred to in Article 12(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 on maize imported into Spain, opened by Regulation (EC) No 1808/2005, is hereby closed.
2. Regulation (EC) No 1808/2005 is hereby repealed.
