  "text": "The Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 27/2005 are amended as follows:\n1.. In Annex IA:\nThe entry concerning the species Herring in zone Subdivisions 30-31 is replaced by the following:\n‘\nSpeciesHerringClupea harengus\nZoneSubdivisions 30-31HER/3D30.; HER/3D31.\nFinland\n72 625\nSweden\n14 231\nEC\n86 856\nTAC\n86 856\nAnalytical TAC where Articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EC) No 847/96 do not apply.\n’\n2.. In Annex IB:\nThe entry concerning the species Greenland Halibut in zone IIa (Community waters) IV, VI (Community waters and international waters) is replaced by the following:\nFishing in VI is restricted to long lines.\nTo be taken in EC waters of II and VI.’\n‘SpeciesGreenland halibutReinhardtius hippoglossoides\nZoneIIa (Community waters), IV, VI (Community waters and international waters)\nDenmark\n10\nGermany\n18\nEstonia\n10\nSpain\n10\nFrance\n168\nIreland\n10\nLithuania\n10\nPoland\n10\nUnited Kingdom\n661\nEC\n1 052\nNorway\n145\nTAC\nNot relevant\n3.. In Annex III:\nThe following Part is added:\n‘PART J\nCECAF\nThe minimum size for octopus (Octopus vulgaris) in the maritime waters under the sovereignty or jurisdiction of third countries and situated in the CECAF region shall be 450g (gutted). Octopus under the minimum size of 450g (gutted) shall not be retained on board or be transhipped, landed, transported, stored, sold, displayed or offered for sale, but shall be returned immediately to the sea.’",
