Regulation (EC) No 196/97 is hereby amended as follows:
1.. Article 3(1)(b) is replaced by the following:
(b) ‘in box 24, one of the entries listed in the Annex must be given;’
2.. the text in Annex V to this Regulation is added as an Annex.
