  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1957/2005\nof 29 November 2005\namending Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 of 27 December 2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism, and in particular Article 7 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 lists the competent authorities to whom information and requests concerning the measures imposed by that Regulation should be sent.\n(2)\nGermany requested that the address details concerning its competent authorities be amended,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
