# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1986/2005 of 6 December 2005 on the opening of tariff quotas applicable to the importation into the Community of certain processed agricultural products originating in Romania and repealing Regulation (EC) No 2244/2004, Article 3

Council Regulation (EC) No 2244/2004 is hereby repealed with effect from the date laid down in the second paragraph of Article 4.
