1.
For the purposes of Article 23(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000, import licences shall be valid for 150 days from their actual date of issue.
They shall however expire on 30 June of the year in which they were issued.
2.
Import licences issued under this Regulation shall not be transferable.
