  "text": "The provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000 shall be applicable except as otherwise provided by this Regulation.\nBy way of derogation from Article 8(4) of Regulation (EC) 1291/2000, quantities imported under this Regulation shall not exceed the amount indicated in boxes 17 and 18 of the import licence. To that end ‘0’ shall be entered in box 19 of the licence.",
