# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2087/2005 of 19 December 2005 determining the extent to which applications lodged in December 2005 for import licences for certain poultrymeat sector products pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2497/96 can be accepted, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Applications for import licences for the period 1 January to 31 March 2006 submitted pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2497/96 shall be met as referred to in the Annex.
2. Application for import licences for the period 1 April to 30 June 2006 may be lodged pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2497/96 for the total quantity as referred to in the Annex to this Regulation.
