# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2107/2005 of 21 December 2005 amending Regulations (EC) No 174/1999, (EC) No 2771/1999, (EC) No 2707/2000, (EC) No 214/2001 and (EC) No 1898/2005 in the milk sector, Article 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2006 except Article 5(1) which shall apply from 16 December 2005.
