Regulation (EC) No 923/2005 is amended as follows:

  1. 1..

    In Article 1(2), ‘31 December 2005’ is replaced by ‘30 April 2006’.

  2. 2..

    In Article 7, the second paragraph is replaced by the following:

    ‘In accordance with Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 2131/93, the sale shall be reserved exclusively for the use of the cereals in Portugal.’
