Article 17 Entry into force
United Kingdom
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Articles 10, 11 and 12 shall apply from 16 July 2006 and Article 13 shall apply from 16 January 2007.
