# Council Regulation (EC) No 2165/2005 of 20 December 2005 amending Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, point 3 of the Annex shall apply from 1 September 2005.
