The table in Article 1(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1467/2004 is hereby amended by adding the following:

The duty hereby imposed shall also be levied retroactively on imports of the product concerned which have been registered pursuant to Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 523/2005.
The customs authorities are hereby directed to cease the registration of imports of the product concerned originating in the People’s Republic of China produced by Jiangyin Chengsheng New Packing Material Co. Ltd.
3.
Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
